The Scientific Approach of Weston Price, Part 6: "Real Food" and the Difference Between Knowledge and Wisdom

by Chris Masterjohn, PhD

I'm continuing my series over at Mother Nature Obeyed laying out the most salient points from my talk about Weston Price on Sean Croxton's Real Food Summit last September. The talk was free for a few days, but to listen to it now you have to purchase the whole summit for $99. If you do that, I get a cut from it, but it's well worth it if you have the money since it includes 27 talks and a whole bunch of free bonuses. For those who don't want to pay for it, or just prefer something written, here's the sixth post in the series, over at Mother Nature Obeyed:

  1. Really enjoying this series Chris. Just a quick question about high-vitamin butter oil: what exactly is it? Is it just butter with the water removed? Why is it an oil rather than solid fat? Is it fermented? Is there anything in it that you couldn't get from just eating butter? Does it contain more of certain nutrients than butter? Thanks.
